Position: Log Editor

Responsibilities:
· Place spots on log according to the times and programs purchased
· Input scheduled times and program information on log
· Obtain proper and maximum separation of advertisers and products
· Communicate effectively and professionally with management, sales and advertisers
· Work with Production, Promotions, Sales, Operations and Programming on a daily basis
· Maintain timing sheet folder/file
· Ensure segments and times match the scheduled show
· Check traffic instructions to confirm correct copy is scheduled
· Proof and print final log for XETV
· Finalize all logs and ensure delivery to the required departments.
· Effectively stand-in for Manager in their absence
· Cross-train in all positions in the department
Qualifications:
· Must be extremely detail oriented, work well under pressure, submit to deadlines
· Must follow directions well
· Be flexible
· Possess extreme time management
· Excellent data entry and communication skills are required
· Candidates must enjoy working in a team environment
· Knowledge of Wide Orbit Software is a plus
· Use proper problem resolution tactics
· Good decision skills based on what is good for the company

Position: Promo Assistant – Events (back up)
The San Diego 6 Programming & Creative Services Department is seeking back up help to work station sponsored events, when the regular Promo Assistant is unavailable.
Duties include
· Booth set up and breakdown at events.
· Packing appropriate prizes for each event, loading and driving the company vehicle.
· Must enjoy working with the public and have a strong interest in promotions and events.
· Must have strong social media skills.
· Will be required to post photos from events and pre-promote events via Twitter and Facebook.
· Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
Requirements:
· Good driving record with DMV
· Computer and writing skills in order to handle social media
